Research and surveys carried out on behalf of CCW

CCW works with independent organisations to collect feedback from customers. This helps us to understand what is working well and where we can improve.

Organisations that may carry out research and surveys on our behalf include:

  • MEL Research
  • TLF Research
  • Institute of Customer Service

We may share your contact details with one of these organisations so they can invite you to take part in a survey or research project. Taking part is entirely optional.

CCW is using ‘public task’ as the legal basis for contacting customers to ask about their experience. We use this feedback to help us fulfil our role and improve the service we provide.

Any organisation carrying out research on behalf of CCW must handle your personal information in line with data protection law and our privacy policy.
