Helen has overall responsibility for Consumer Relations.
Prior to joining CCW Helen worked for UK Health Security Agency on the deployment of Lateral Flow Devices. Prior to that Helen had a 23 year career at Thames Water and held a number of roles which included Head of Customer Service and Head of Complaints.
