Report of fieldwork to inform Outcome Delivery Incentives

Ofwat and CCW have been working together with water companies and key stakeholders to develop an approach to research that will set Outcome Delivery incentive rates for each water company in England and Wales.  The key aims of the research are to ensure that consistent and realistic incentives are set in the areas that matter most to customers, based on feedback from customers.  This research was fully collaborative in nature, being funded primarily by water companies, but managed by Ofwat and CCW.

This report describes how the research was carried out with household and non-household water and sewerage service users in England and Wales, in order for the research findings to be used to develop Outcome Delivery incentive rates for each water company in England and Wales.
