Dates of research fieldwork
At CCW, we carry out research into consumers’ views and preferences for their water and sewerage services. This means that, at any one time, there may be fieldwork underway, for a consumer survey. The following is a list of current fieldwork:
CCW have commissioned Taylor McKenzie Research, an independent research agency, to run a series of Water Consumer Panels across the country.
If you’ve been contacted by Taylor McKenzie about taking part, this is part of a bona fide research study being conducted on behalf of CCW.
Taylor McKenzie is a Member Company of the Market Research Society (MRS) and adheres to the MRS Code of Conduct, which ensures that:

CCW is taking over the Cost of Living survey which has Ofwat has been running since 2022 and is now in its tenth wave of tracking: this aims to provide an up-to-date picture of water customers’ views on affordability and cost pressures, both of their water supply and more general cost of living.
