Citizens Advice Scotland’s consultation on draft work plan 2019-20 consultation

We commented on Citizens’ Advice Scotland (CAS) draft Work Plan for 2019-2020.

Overall we are supportive of its draft Work Plan, and we have commented on a number of cross cutting issues where sharing information or working together could increase benefit consumers.
