Ofwat consultation on Severn Trent Water and Dee Valley NAV applications

Our response to the change of license conditions relating to the Severn Trent’s take over of Dee Valley Water. This was the consultation response which preceded the setting up of Hafren Dyfrdwy and the change of company services for Severn Trent in Wales, creating the first Wales-one water and wastewater company.
