Jenny Suggate
Interim Director of Policy, Research & Campaigns
After a initially starting in the teaching profession, Jenny soon moved to the water sector to handle complaints and policy work in Ofwat’s Wessex Customer Service Committee and WaterVoice.
Jenny then joined CCW when it was established and has risen through the ranks to join the Executive Team in October 2023.
Jenny is passionate about people’s experiences driving real change in the sector, and sees CCW’s work to understand customers views and perspectives as key to making some of the big shifts in behaviour that need to happen.
